The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast hot and humid weather conditions for Karachi over the next three days, from May 6 to May 8, 2026, as a heatwave continues to grip parts of Sindh.

According to the PMD, Karachi will remain under hot and humid conditions, while a heatwave alert remains in effect for central and upper Sindh.

Temperatures in several districts may rise to 47-49°C from tomorrow until May 11.

Affected districts include Dadu, Shaheed Benazirabad, Ghotki, Khairpur, Nosheroferoz, Jacobabad, Larkana and Sukkur, where intense heat conditions are likely to persist.
