The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has released a three-day weather forecast for Karachi, starting March 27, detailing expected rainfall, temperatures, humidity levels, and wind directions.
The PMD has forecast the possibility of rain and thunderstorms in Karachi and across Sindh on Saturday, as a westerly wave moves into the country from southwestern Balochistan.

According to the PMD’s three-day weather outlook released on Friday, Saturday is likely to bring light to moderate rainfall in several areas, with some regions experiencing slightly heavier showers.
Strong winds, hail, and lightning may also occur, potentially causing damage to weak structures such as electric poles, billboards, solar panels, and crops.
Rain is expected in rural districts including Jamshoro, Dadu, Qambar Shahdadkot, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Sukkur, Ghotki, Badin, Umerkot, and Tharparkar.
The PMD has advised farmers to take precautions to protect their standing crops.

Karachi’s weather today will remain mostly sunny, with maximum temperatures of 32–34°C and minimums around 24°C.
Humidity will reach 76% during the day before falling to 45–55% in the evening, with winds shifting from northwesterly to west/southwesterly.
Karachi Weather on Saturday – March 28
On Saturday, the city is expected to be partly cloudy, with highs around 31–33°C and lows between 22–24°C.
Humidity levels are likely to remain between 75–85% during the day and 55–65% in the evening.

Sunday is forecast to be mostly cloudy, with slightly cooler temperatures of 30–32°C and lower humidity.
