Officials said the minimum temperature in Karachi is expected to range between 12°C and 14°C, while daytime temperatures may climb to moderate levels.
During the previous 24 hours, the lowest temperature recorded in the city was 12.3°C, reflecting a continuation of the ongoing winter pattern.

Meteorological officials reported that winds are blowing from the northeast at approximately 11 kilometres per hour, contributing to a cooler feel during morning and nighttime hours.
Humidity levels in Karachi were recorded around 50 percent, which experts say can influence how cold conditions are perceived, especially during late night and early morning periods.

The Met Office has also indicated a possibility that temperatures could drop further, with the mercury potentially slipping into single digits over the upcoming weekend days.
Residents are advised to take precautionary measures, including wearing warm clothing at night, protecting children and elderly people, and avoiding unnecessary exposure to cold winds.
Despite the cooler trend, the department has ruled out rainfall in Karachi for now, stating that dry weather is expected to persist across the city.
