Rawalpindi Royals and Lahore Lions delivered strong performances in match 13 and 14 of the Pakistan Tape Ball Premier League (PTPL) 2025, organised by Badar Expo Solutions in collaboration with the Pakistan Tape Ball Foundation, at Naya Nazimabad Cricket Ground, Karachi.
In Match 13, Rawalpindi Royals registered a commanding eight-wicket victory over Karachi Kids after opting to bowl first.

The Royals’ bowlers set the tone early, with Qadir Kashmiri leading the attack by claiming three key wickets.
Chota Muneeb also made a crucial breakthrough by dismissing Karachi Kids skipper Asad Shah, who was the standout batter for Karachi Kids with a quick 26 off 10 balls.
During the chase, Taimoor Mirza played a blistering knock, smashing 62 runs off just 13 deliveries, while Waqas Sher added further momentum with 16 runs off only three balls.
Rawalpindi Royals reached the target in the final over to seal a thrilling victory.
Qadir Kashmiri was named Man of the Match for his impactful contribution.

Match 14 saw Lahore Lions secure their first win of the tournament, defeating Quetta Qurbans by six wickets in another high-energy contest.
Quetta Qurbans posted a competitive total, powered by Kashif Jhukio’s rapid 50 off 20 balls and Qurban Ali’s 48 from 22 deliveries.
Syed Nasir and Shahnawaz also chipped in with valuable performances, while Essa Khan impressed with a three-wicket spell.
However, Lahore Lions responded with a disciplined bowling effort, highlighted by Imran Mehro’s four-wicket haul, before completing a composed chase.
Basit Lefty played a decisive role and was awarded Player of the Match for his match-winning display, helping Lahore Lions gain momentum in their PTPL 2025 campaign.
The tournament continues on Monday, 29 December, with two matches scheduled at Naya Nazimabad Cricket Ground.

Larkana Warriors will face Sukkur Strikers in Match 15 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, followed by Hyderabad Hunters taking on Peshawar Shaheens in Match 16 from 9:30 pm to 12:30 am.
All matches of the Pakistan Tape-Ball Premier League 2025 are being broadcast live on Geo Super and BTV.

To further encourage competitive cricket, Badar Expo Solutions has introduced a performance-based reward initiative in partnership with GFS Builders & Developers.
