Sindh Minister for Excise, Taxation & Narcotics Control, Parliamentary Affairs and Food Mukesh Kumar Chawla has said that from July 2021 to October 2021, Rs 1059.125 million has been collected under the head of property from Karachi.

Rs 39.607 million from Hyderabad and Rs 14.690 million tax from Sukkur have also been collected. 

The minister further said that Rs 4.069 million from Shaheed Benazirabad, Rs 5.964 million from Larkana, and Rs 3.737 million tax from Mirpurkhas has been collected. 

He concluded by directing officials responsible to take action against property tax defaulters.
