The Lahore High Court (LHC) has granted bail to YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, after reviewing his petition seeking legal relief in a case involving alleged illegal promotional activities involving gambling apps.
According to court officials, Justice Shahram Sarwar heard the bail application and approved it after examining the facts presented. The judge instructed the petitioner to submit a surety bond worth Rs 1 million.

During the hearing, Ducky Bhai’s lawyer Imran Raza Chadhar argued that the accusations mentioned in the FIR were baseless and did not meet the legal threshold required to deny bail under the existing laws.
The counsel informed the court that the YouTuber’s wife had filed a complaint accusing FIA officials of demanding bribes. He added that the co-accused in the same case had already been granted bail earlier by the court.

YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, aka Ducky Bhai, was arrested at Lahore Airport by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) in August on the same charges.
According to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), Ducky Bhai, aka Saad ur Rehman, is accused of money laundering through online gambling apps. The FIR alleges that he promoted betting platforms on social media, enticing people into gambling and illegal investment schemes.
NCCIA investigators have confirmed the recovery of mobile phones, suspicious WhatsApp contacts, and other digital evidence from Ducky Bhai’s possession. Officials also claim to have found proof of illegal financial transactions tied to gambling networks.

The FIR further details that Saad ur Rehman used his online influence to advertise gambling apps, encouraging his followers to participate in activities prohibited by national laws.
Authorities have also launched an investigation into his assets to trace any wealth accumulated through these illicit activities.
