The spokesman of Pakistan Army, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), criticized recent Indian remarks, warned India against provocative military statements that threaten regional peace, and increase the risk of dangerous escalation.
According to the spokesperson, Indian agencies are manufacturing pretexts for aggression and portraying themselves as victim while neglecting their own role in cross-border terrorism.
The ISPR stated that global perceptions have shifted, and evidence points to India as a driver of regional tensions and support for destabilizing actions over recent years.
Responding specifically to comments by India’s defence minister and service chiefs, the spokesman warned that such rhetoric could lead to catastrophic consequences for both nations and civilians.

He recalled recent clashes which, he said, nearly brought nuclear-armed neighbours close to conflict and which destroyed Pakistani long-range assets and aircraft in prior exchanges as evidence.
The spokesman added that ISPR warns India against provocative military statements, accusing New Delhi of collective forgetfulness and seeking fresh conflict despite risks to regional stability and lives.
He said Pakistan has adopted a ‘new normal’ of response that will be swift, decisive and destructive, intended to deter aggression and safeguard national sovereignty and honor.
The ISPR warned that any war would be met with full force and without restraint, promising operations that could strike deeply into even remote Indian territories beyond.
Referring to concepts of ‘geographical insensitivity’, the spokesman said Pakistan’s forces could operate across borders and target locations previously considered out of reach during future confrontations readily.
