The market witnessed a decrease of 0.45 percent, the KSE-100 index closed at 148,815.30 points, as compared to 149,493.05 points on the last trading day.
During the day, the market mostly experienced a downward trend, with a total of 479 shares traded in the stock market, while 204 shares saw profits, 246 saw losses, and 29 remained unchanged.
Last week, PSX experienced an upward trend as the KSE-100 benchmark closed after a positive change of 1,704.79 points.
The market witnessed an increase of 1.16 percent, the KSE-100 index closed at 148,196.42 points, as compared to 146,491.63 points on the last trading day.
During the day, the market mostly experienced an upward trend, with a total of 487 shares traded in the stock market, while 283 shares saw profits, 175 saw losses, and 29 remained unchanged.
