Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi revealed Pakistan has video evidence confirming the downing of six Indian fighter jets by the Pakistan Air Force during the recent response to India in Marka-e-Haq.
Speaking at a seminar, “Global Impacts of Pakistan’s Military and Diplomatic Victories over India,” in Lahore, Naqvi praised the armed forces, intelligence agencies, and national leadership for ensuring Pakistan’s success in the May 2025 war.
He said that although radar data was available immediately, the leadership chose to withhold announcements until visual confirmation was obtained.
According to Naqvi, videos of the destroyed aircraft were secured within minutes of the operation.
“The videos of all six destroyed Indian aircraft were obtained within minutes, and I am disclosing this today,” he stated.
The minister stressed that Pakistan’s intelligence agencies intercepted enemy decisions and flight plans in advance, playing a decisive role in the outcome. He described them as “hidden soldiers” who worked silently but ensured victory.

Naqvi also claimed divine support was evident during the conflict. He cited India’s failure when seven missiles fired at a Pakistani base missed their target. “Faith, belief, and determination invite Allah’s help,” he remarked.
Praising Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir, Naqvi said Pakistan struck multiple strategic targets inside India and met all military objectives. He added that unity between civil and military leadership contrasted with India’s internal divisions.
The minister accused Indian leaders Ajit Doval and Amit Shah of staging the Pulwama “false-flag drama,” warning that such policies would harm India itself.
He reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to exposing Indian-backed terrorism in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
Naqvi also acknowledged PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s diplomatic efforts internationally, noting India’s delegation struggled to lobby effectively. He vowed Pakistan would continue to pursue the Kashmir cause until UN resolutions are implemented.
Concluding, Naqvi commended Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir for resisting international pressure after the Indian jets were downed. He urged continuity of the current political setup for stability and progress.
