The Benazir Hunarmand Program has announced a rare opportunity for women to secure respectable employment through free technical and vocational training.
The program, aimed at empowering women, offers training in sectors aligned with industrial demand and global standards, including hotel management, IT and digital skills, health, construction, beauty services, fashion, and textile. Training duration ranges from three to six months.
Participants will receive a monthly stipend, a graduation bonus, a completion certificate, and direct employment opportunities in their relevant fields.
Only beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) or their family members are eligible, and only one person per family can enroll.
Officials have confirmed that registering for the Hunarmand Program will not affect existing financial assistance or benefits from BISP.
The initiative is designed to help women, especially from low-income households, gain skills that can lead to sustainable employment and economic independence.
