The gold rate in Pakistan surged on Thursday, July 03, with 24-karat gold rising by Rs 800 per tola, as reported by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJSA) stated that this price rise follows global trends, where the gold rate has also surged, reaching a new high of Rs357,000.

In the local market, the price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs 685, settling at Rs 306,069. The previous day, gold had declined by Rs600 per tola.
Internationally, gold was priced at $3,342 per ounce, showing a drop of $6 during the same period, according to data from APGJSA. Meanwhile, silver prices showed downward trend with per tola dropped by Rs18, reaching Rs3,816, while 10 grams of silver was sold at Rs3,271 on Thursday.
