In the first qualifier held on May 21, Quetta Gladiators set a formidable target of 210 runs, scoring 209/6. Islamabad United, in response, managed only 179, resulting in a 30-run victory for Quetta.
The following day, Lahore Qalandars faced Karachi Kings in the Eliminator-1. Chasing a target of 191, Lahore successfully reached 191/4 in 18.4 overs, winning by 6 wickets with 8 balls to spare.
Lahore Qalandars continued their dominant form in Eliminator-2 against Islamabad United, posting 202/8. Their bowlers then bundled out Islamabad for just 107, securing a massive 95-run win.

Hasan Ali of Karachi Kings emerged as one of the leading wicket-takers in the 2025 Pakistan Super League (PSL) season [before the final game], claiming 17 wickets in 10 matches at an average of 20.47 and a strike rate of 13.58. His best bowling figures were 4 for 28, although his economy rate was on the higher side at 9.03.
Matching him in wickets was teammate Abbas Afridi, who also took 17 scalps in 11 matches. Afridi had a slightly higher average of 23.52 and economy of 10.25, with best figures of 4 for 27.
Shaheen Shah Afridi from Lahore Qalandars finished with 16 wickets in 12 matches, boasting the best average among the top bowlers at 18.00 and an economy of 7.96. His standout performance was 3 for 3, and he maintained an excellent strike rate of 13.56.
