Malaysia visit visa guide for Pakistanis in 2025

Malaysia visit visa requirements for Pakistanis have been updated for April 2025. Travellers must secure a valid visa before departure or risk deportation upon arrival.

Malaysia continues to attract tourists with its mix of vibrant cities, lush forests, and cultural landmarks. However, Pakistani citizens are required to obtain a visit visa in advance.

Visa Eligibility & Application Process

Applicants are eligible for an e-Visa, which allows single entry and remains valid for six months. The process is fully online and user-friendly for Pakistani travellers.

Required Documents

Documents required include a passport copy, passport-size photo, confirmed return ticket, proof of accommodation, and evidence of sufficient funds for the stay.

Visa Fees & Processing Charges

The visa fee is 20 Malaysian Ringgit (about PKR 1,258), with an additional 105 Ringgit charged for processing. Payments are accepted through debit or credit cards.

All applications must be submitted online via the official Malaysia Visa Portal. Citizens are advised to verify their documents before applying to avoid delays or rejections.

Meanwhile, Pakistanis planning to visit Hungary must apply for a Type C Schengen visa, valid for up to 90 days within 180 days.

Applications for Hungarian visas are processed by the Hungarian Embassy in Islamabad, which remains the sole authority for tourist visa matters.

Travellers are urged to apply early, confirm bookings, and ensure compliance with visa rules to avoid complications when travelling abroad in 2025.
