Azerbaijan has become a popular tourist destination for Pakistanis, mainly due to its simple visa application process and affordable fees.
The country attracts a large number of visitors every year, with many traveling to the capital city, Baku, to experience its stunning architecture and historical landmarks.

As of November 2024, the visa fees for Pakistani tourists traveling to Azerbaijan are as follows:
Standard visa:
The fee is $20 for a 30-day electronic visit visa, valid for a single entry. This translates to Rs 5,570, based on the exchange rate of one US dollar to Rs 278.5, which took effect on January 10, 2025.
Urgent visa:
The fee for this category is $50, or Rs 13,925. The urgent visa is processed within three to five hours.
The visa application process is simple and can be completed in three steps using the “ASAN Visa” system.

- Recent photograph
- Medical certificate and insurance certificate
