How to verify UAE job offer – step by step process

To avoid scams, always verify your UAE job offer through official sources before making any decision or sharing personal information with an employer or agency.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) confirms that all valid job offers must be issued through its platform using a standard official contract format.

Every authentic offer includes a barcode or a unique serial number that helps verify the document’s validity online through the official MOHRE website portal.

Job seekers should make sure the job title, salary format, start date, weekly leave, notice period, and company number are included in the offer.

Once you get the offer, compare the details carefully with the final employment contract and always keep a signed copy for your own safety.

You can verify the job offer on www.mohre.gov.ae by selecting “New Enquiry Services” and entering the transaction and company numbers correctly.

If the offer doesn’t appear in the system, it might not be valid or the employer hasn’t properly uploaded it into MOHRE’s database.

Applicants outside the UAE are advised to contact their local UAE embassy before accepting any job to confirm the offer and prevent future issues.

After the offer is verified and signed, the employer must begin the employment visa process through proper UAE visa issuance channels with regular status tracking.

Jobseekers can also visit www.growth.gov.ae, log in with UAE Pass, and search the employer to confirm business license and legal company status.

Many job scams offer fake positions to steal money or documents, so always verify everything and avoid sharing payments or personal data early on.
