Jaber Motiwala, a businessman from Karachi, has won 3 cases against the British government.
Jaber Motiwala’s lawyers had filed a case against the British government for cancellation of his visa, illegal detention and payment of legal expenses, which was decided in favour of Jaber Motiwala.
The Royal Court of Justice ordered the Home Office to pay damages and also restored Jaber Motiwala’s multiple entry visa.
It should be noted that Jaber Motiwala was arrested by Scotland Yard from Aguirre Road at the request of the American government.
