According to a news story on Samaa, DHA and CBC have dumped debris in open spaces outside cafes and eateries, where sitting arrangements are made for visitors. Reportedly the officials had asked cafe owners to abstain from keeping their businesses open past 12am.

The same decision was taken in past for a few times but after the recent kidnapping of a young girl named Dua Mangi, the authorities have reissued the order and are taking strict measures.
